First, let me begin with a few words about.....

What Spirit Means to Me....

As the world passes
in quiet slumber,
I sit and think,
and always wonder.....
what does it mean,
to have true spirit?
is it the cheering
for all to hear it?
or maybe it is,
making new friends...
someone to cherish,
until time ends...
I think spirit,
comes from within...
what you award,
is what you win...
If you give a smile today,
no doubt another will come your way..
so spirit to me, is what I give to you...
love, laughter and happiness too..
because upon this path I know,
that all comes full circle, for one to grow.
and in the years that we journey along,
our hearts and will, become strong.
because of what we've shown today,
we make the future what we've made.
so let me show a heart of good and cheer,
so that it may great me, year after year.
let us always show the Spirit,
and let others feel...
and not just hear it!
